Me and my friends dressed as Khal Drogo, Dany, and Melisandre when we went to NYC ComicCon 2011. At that point only season one of GoT had shown on HBO, so only fans of the book series would have known who Melisandre was (who I dressed as), and it was AWESOME how many people still recognized her! We were in costume when we met Jason Momoa, and he was stoked to see my buddy dressed as Drogo- he said he had never seen a Drogo costume before, and he spent a lot of time talking to us about the costume and the character - both in English and in Dothraki! Amazing day!
